Quality Control (QC) is the most critical step in the ACBuy shopping process. This tutorial teaches you to inspect items thoroughly before international shipping.

Stage 1: Photo Inspection. When your items arrive at the warehouse, ACBuy provides detailed photos. Check these against the original listing for color accuracy, material quality, and stitching details.

Common red flags include color mismatches larger than 10% variance, loose threads on premium items, and incorrect sizing. Request exchanges immediately if any of these issues appear.

Stage 2: Measurement Verification. Compare the actual measurements shown in QC photos with the size chart you ordered. Allow 1-2cm variance for manual measurement errors.

Stage 3: Packaging Check. Ensure items are properly protected for international transit. Delicate items should have bubble wrap, and boxes should be sturdy enough for stacking.

Stage 4: Consolidation Review. If combining multiple items, verify that everything is accounted for and packed efficiently. Reject packages with excessive empty space that increases shipping costs.

Use the ACBuy spreadsheet to log QC results for each item. This creates a personal database of seller reliability and helps future purchasing decisions.
